National Running Day: Shape Magazine




So, I was reading an email that I get from SHAPE. Normally, I ignore them, but something caught my eye. It was some true/false stuff about running (cramps, shin splints, stretching, etc) and then I saw this: National Running Day: Shape Magazine.  Basically, it’s 10 things you should do or know to help you stay motivated with your running regiment. This tip I’ve linked you to is my favorite. You can have cake and eat it too!   ……So to speak…. =]
